NEBR for breeders
Manage keeper records and apply for breeder services through one NEBR account. Access to breeder services is subject to review and approval.
Application and review
The breeder application process starts with a keeper account. Applicants provide breeder information and licence evidence where applicable for NEBR to review.
Access to breeder services
Selecting a breeder account category does not automatically enable breeder services. NEBR reviews applications and may approve, reject or suspend access.
Registration and transfers
Approved breeders may qualify for free stock registration under NEBR’s pricing rules. Private-keeper registration and any associated charges remain separate.
A new private keeper
When breeder stock is transferred to a private keeper, the incoming keeper must complete the required registration and any payment before the transfer is finalised in NEBR.
Breeder approval
Breeder approval is separate from choosing an account category. Licence or supporting evidence is reviewed where required before breeder services are enabled.
